| 2 Cup | FLOUR - WHOLE WHEAT |
| 0.5 Teaspoon | BAKING SODA |
| 0.25 Cup | MILK-SOY VANILLA |
| 1 Teaspoon | VANILLA EXTRACT |
| 1 Teaspoon | CINNAMON |
| 0.25 Teaspoon | ALLSPICE |
| 0.5 Teaspoon | SALT |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8 x 4 bread pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and spices.
- Cream together the margarine and sugar. Add bananas, soy milk and vanilla.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry. Mix well.
- Pour batter into pan. Bake for an hour to an hour 10 minutes.
